Duties:Responsible for the routine work of the municipal government. Oversees matters related to development and reform, fiscal and financial affairs, state-owned assets supervision and administration, investment and financing, taxation, business environment, government supervision and inspection, government information disclosure, emergency management, statistics, supervision of public resources trading, administrative affairs management, and the administration of Lu'an Development Zone. Responsible for investment promotion within his portfolio.
