This recreational area is a national 4A-rated tourist attraction located at the intersection of Jiefang Lu and Dabieshan Lu in the city proper of Lu'an. It is composed of Lu'an Ocean World, Dongdong Smart Town, the Icy Dream Kingdom and a cultural creativity street block. It is a comprehensive tourist attraction characterized by popular science education, leisure activities and entertainment, where tourists can explore the underwater world, experience cosplay and enjoy the ice sculptures that can only be seen in northern China in winter.
