Up to now, there are 83 energy conservation and environmental protection industry projects in Lu'an City, with a total investment of 31 billion yuan, of which: 32 projects are under negotiation, with a planned investment of 14.297 billion yuan, 51 signed projects (including those already started), with a total investment of 16.703 billion yuan. 

Build a team. Focus on all aspects of the industrial chain such as environmental protection equipment manufacturing, energy-saving equipment manufacturing, environmental protection services, resource recycling and reuse, etc.. With the Lu'an Environmental Protection Industry Federation as a link, a special team for energy conservation and environmental protection industry to engage in "double recruitment and double introduction" was established, and a joint meeting system of the leading group was established to clarify work responsibilities, implement various tasks, and ensure effective results. 

Prepare a plan. Conscientiously investigate, map and sort out the development of energy-saving and environmental protection industries in the city, analyze and demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of energy-saving and environmental protection industry development, and compile the "Lu'an Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Industry Development Plan (2021-2023)", to clarify development goals, core industrial chains, key directions, key links and industrial layout, etc., and to improve the scientific, instructive and operability of planning. 

Use a platform. Keeping an eye on the Yangtze River Delta and benchmarking "Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang", organized nearly 20 energy-saving and environmental protection enterprises to participate in the China Pollution Prevention and Control Exhibition and the World Manufacturing Conference, and carry out 4 special promotions of "double recruitment and double introduction", focusing on publicizing and promoting the high-tech achievements of the city's energy saving and environmental protection industry.

Carry out an activity. Deepen the "Environmental-Enterprise Express" activity, establish a system for leading cadres at the department level to contact and serve enterprises, regularly visit leading enterprises in energy conservation and environmental protection in the city, guide enterprises to focus on their own supply chain and value chain, and recommend upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, supporting and related enterprises to settle down. A total of 295 large and medium-sized enterprises have been visited and 105 problems have been solved.
