Internet+ investment promotion. Relying on the "Luan City and County Integrated 'Double Recruitment and Double Introduction' Cloud Platform", the official website of the Lu'an Investment and Entrepreneurship Center, and new media of government affairs and other network platforms, set up special sections such as "Investing in Lu'an", "Element Map", "Policy Support", "Project Dynamics", and "Major Investment Promotion Project Disclosure". Information such as investment environment, industrial foundation, investment projects and policies will be released regularly by counties, districts and industries. Since 2021, various online platforms have released a total of more than 1,000 pieces of "double recruitment and double introduction" information, and the cumulative number of visits has exceeded 1 million. 

Internet + investment promotion interaction. Set up an intelligent question-and-answer robot on the cloud platform of "Double Recruitment and Double Introduction", and make good use of the functions of disclosing according to the application, the mayor's mailbox, the people's voice, and the new media of government affairs. Actively respond to the hot spots and focuses of public concern, such as the effectiveness of investment promotion, preferential policy terms, and the progress of major projects, and promptly reply to netizens' consultation messages to discuss project investment matters. Since 2021, more than 100 questions about investment promotion from netizens have been answered online, more than 50 investment consulting issues have been answered, and many valuable project clues have been collected, attracting many groups of businessmen to visit Lu'an. 

Internet + investment decision-making. Focus on the whole process of investment promotion, insist on brainstorming and pooling efforts, and solicit opinions from the public on the Internet in a timely manner. Since 2021, we have successively solicited opinions from netizens on the production of the Investment Guide (2021 Edition), the cloud platform and functional design of the "double recruitment and double introduction", and the creation of urban investment promotion videos. We also in the first time sorted out, disclosed the feedback and the adoption of the feedback, and improved the scientific level of decision-making.
