This year, Lu’an City’s "Inter-provincial Office" has handled nearly 100,000 cases. The Lu’an branch of the "Anhui Office" has set up a special area for "Online Unified Processing in the Yangtze River Delta Region" and 116 items have been processed in this way. In October, Lu'an City was the first to issue the province's online "Public Health Electronic License", realizing the entire process from application to completion, and real-time inquiry and calling.

Hot issues were "handled cross-provincially universally". Connected with government service agencies and chambers of commerce in local labor export clusters. Through the establishment of special windows and chamber of commerce agency offices, it has carried out point-to-point cooperation with 10 places including Songjiang District in Shanghai, Haining City in Zhejiang Province, and Suzhou City in Jiangsu Province. Through online handling throughout the entire process, receiving and handling at other places, 90 items were "trans-provincially handled", involving social security, medical care, pensions, and travel.

Use the "same city approach" for high-frequency matters. Relying on the Wanshitong APP, the Yangtze River Delta government affairs map has added 101 boutique items such as handheld offices and smart offices. The handling of service items in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui has realized quick inquiry, online guidance, offline navigation, and appointment first. 125 self-service terminals in the city have been associated with the Yangtze River Delta government affairs map, and 870 government affairs service items at the city level can be handled in the government service integrated machine and departmental business terminals. Since the beginning of this year, the cumulative number of map visits has reached 3.82 million.

The application of some "electronic certificates" is recognized mutually. Relying on the municipal cloud data support platform, nearly 6 billion pieces of data were collected to provide data support for the integration of government services and cross-provincial communication. According to the catalog of 70 types of electronic licenses issued by the state, a total of 27.71 million electronic licenses of 248 types of common licenses from the city and counties have been completed. The types and number of licenses are among the top in the province; realized the simultaneous issuance of physical licenses and electronic licenses for 2,863 government service items; implemented the "Consensus on the Application of Mutual Recognition of Electronic Certificates and Licenses in the Yangtze River Delta Region"; promoted the mutual recognition of electronic certificates, such as ID cards, driver's licenses, driving licenses, and qualification certificates for transportation practitioners, in online and offline scenarios in the field of government services, so as to achieve "certificate exemption" and "license exemption".
