The reporter recently learned from Lu'an Economic and Information Bureau that Lu'an City has taken the lead in issuing implementation opinions on accelerating the development of the Industrial Internet. The city focuses on providing strong support for the transformation of internal and external networks of enterprises, the construction of industrial Internet platforms, demonstrations of enterprise cloudification, and the application of 5G+ industrial Internet scenarios, and to deal with major projects in individually varied ways.

Lu'an City has built 2,818 5G base stations and has 1.162 million 5G users. It has achieved continuous 5G network coverage in the city center and stable coverage of important scenes and hot spots. At the same time, it has achieved "5G+" integrated applications in multiple industries, and launched a series of application results such as big data analysis, automated quality inspection, digital twin, and unmanned inspection security. A batch of model projects such as "5G+Industrial Internet", "5G+Smart Energy", "5G+Smart Medical", and "5G+Smart Supermarket" have been created, forming a batch of typical 5G application scenarios and excellent cases.

The city established a special working group to promote the innovation and development of the industrial Internet to do a good job in policy guidance, coordinated scheduling and macro guidance. Actively carry out industrial Internet projects and talent recruitment, organize and build a team of high-level service specialists, and the city and counties work together to carry out industrial Internet quality improvement training for 2,000 senior management personnel and technical backbones of enterprises every year. Lu'an arranges special funds in the funds for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (private economy) in the city to support the development of the industrial Internet industry.
