To further put into practice the volunteer service spirit of “dedication, friendship, mutual support, and progress,” and to continuously advance the Party-building brand of the “Enterprise Support Partnership · Pioneer Alliance,” our city has recently launched in full the “Enterprise Support Partnership · Pioneer Alliance” volunteer service program under the Occupational Disease Prevention Volunteer Service Team, in accordance with the Implementation Plan for the Third Batch of Small and Micro Enterprise Occupational Health Support Initiatives in Lu’an City (2026).

The project is grounded in the realities of Lu’an, with a strong emphasis on local characteristics and innovation. It adopts a “professional institution–led + volunteer service” model, integrating nearly 30 member organizations, including municipal and county Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Health Supervision Institutes), occupational health examination institutions, and occupational hygiene technical service providers.

The initiative precisely addresses the core occupational health needs of 21 small and micro enterprises across the city. Building on the existing four services—occupational health training, regular monitoring, occupational health examinations, and records management—it introduces two additional services this year: occupational disease hazard project registration and comprehensive risk assessment of occupational hazards.

Together, these form an upgraded “4+2” service model. Through full-chain technical guidance, the program supports enterprises in transforming their occupational health management from a “rough” approach to a more “refined” and systematic one.

According to reports, the project will be carried out in five phases. It will be fully implemented starting April 1 and is scheduled to complete risk assessments and file archiving by the end of October.

Since its initial launch in 2024, the project has provided free technical services to 42 small and micro enterprises across two batches, offering occupational health protection to more than 800 workers. It has received several recognitions, including being named among the “First Batch of Volunteer Service Brand Projects in Anhui Province,” winning the Second Prize for “Outstanding Party-Building Case in Anhui CDC System,” and the Third Prize in the “Lu’an Youth Volunteer Service Innovation Competition.”
