To further optimize the business environment and uphold the service philosophy of “responding to every request with sincerity and avoiding unnecessary interference through targeted regulation,” the city’s ecological and environmental authorities have launched a new initiative: “by-appointment” environmental assistance and assessment services for key and above-scale industrial enterprises. The initiative aims to help enterprises enhance their environmental management, effectively prevent pollution risks, and promote green and sustainable development.
The assessments center on the enterprises’ pollutant discharge permits and cover a full-spectrum, all-factor evaluation process. Key areas include compliance with environmental procedures, pollution control facilities, environmental management systems, and risk prevention measures.
Eligible key and above-scale industrial enterprises may initiate a written request for environmental assessment. Upon receiving the request, the municipal ecological and environmental department will coordinate with the enterprise to schedule an on-site visit. A professional service team will be dispatched to conduct in-depth inspections and evaluations. Identified problems and potential risks will be promptly communicated to the enterprise, and tailored, practical rectification plans will be developed in collaboration with the company. These plans will include clear timelines and designated responsibilities. Throughout the rectification process, the ecological and environmental department will provide ongoing technical support and guidance to ensure that all identified issues are fully resolved.
