Since the beginning of this year, the High-End Equipment Manufacturing Task Force in our city has been actively conducting industrial chain research. From January to October, the equipment manufacturing industry contributed 27.2% of the city’s total industrial output above the designated scale, with a year-on-year growth of 14.1% in output value.

Prioritizing Project Attraction. Projects are at the core of our “Investment Promotion and Expert Recruitment” initiative. Efforts include proactive outreach to attract projects, seeking higher-level approval for projects, and identifying potential projects at the grassroots level. A total of 107 new projects have been signed, launched, or put into production, ranking 6th in the province, with a total investment of 36.924 billion yuan, also ranking 6th.

Strengthening Work Coordination. Using the “Investment Promotion and Expert Recruitment” platform as a lever, we have established a province-city-county collaborative mechanism to ensure seamless communication. Regular consultations are held to review industrial development and major project progress, with periodic updates on high-end equipment manufacturing efforts across counties and districts. To date, three specialized coordination meetings have been held, and five progress reports have been issued.

Ensuring Project Implementation. We have enhanced due diligence in professional investment promotion and introduced joint pre-approval mechanisms for major industrial projects. Before signing agreements for significant projects, municipal-level departments conduct unified reviews. Currently, there are 169 high-end equipment manufacturing projects under construction, each with an investment exceeding 10 million yuan. The total investment amounts to 88.04 billion yuan, with 10.297 billion yuan already completed.
