On October 28th, the construction site of the Hexian-Xiangyang Expressway Lu'an Section at the Bailin Interchange was progressing in an orderly and efficient manner, with beam slab prefabrication and erection underway.

The Bailin Interchange of the He-Xiang Expressway is located on the northwest side of Shucheng County. Its main structure is a deformed cloverleaf shape, with the main line stretching 1,900 meters. The interchange plays a crucial role in facilitating the flow of traffic between the Hexian-Xiangyang Expressway and the De-Shang Expressway.

Once completed, the project will promote traffic connectivity between the Nanjing, Hefei, and Wuhan metropolitan areas, enhance the interconnection between Hefei, Lu'an, and the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration, and contribute significantly to the development of Anhui Province's integrated, multi-dimensional transportation network. It will also improve the rapid accessibility between the Yangtze River Delta and the central and western regions, as well as support the green revitalization and catch-up development of the Dabie Mountain revolutionary old area.
