Our city has continuously expanded the coverage of the Housing Provident Fund, utilizing it to benefit people's livelihoods and promote development.
Strengthening Collection and Expansion: The city has made significant progress in expanding the collection of funds from non-public enterprises as part of a key livelihood project. Through on-site visits to precisely targeted units, and face-to-face promotion and explanation of the Housing Provident Fund policies, enterprises are being encouraged to shift from "passive participation" to "active participation." In the first half of this year, 339 new employers were added, with 9,601 employees opening accounts.
Smart Withdrawal Processing: Online service channels have been made available through the "Wanshitong" app and the personal web portal (PC version), launching 20 types of withdrawal services. This allows employees to complete their Housing Provident Fund withdrawal without leaving their homes. A total of 14,223 online withdrawals have been processed, with an online processing rate of 61.35%.
Optimizing Loan Policies: The city has introduced the “Commercial-to-Public” loan conversion service, which allows individuals to switch from commercial bank home loans to Housing Provident Fund loans, effectively reducing the repayment burden for those contributing to the fund. So far, 537 “Commercial-to-Public” loans have been processed, amounting to a total of 177.48 million yuan. Additionally, the center has introduced services for shortening or extending loan terms to meet the diverse repayment needs of contributors. A total of 31 applications for loan term changes have been processed.
