On July 26th, our city once again selected 10 outstanding young cadres to be sent to Shanghai’s Jinshan District for a six-month training program. These cadres will be placed in industrial parks, key economic departments, and state-owned enterprises. So far, our city has sent three batches of 30 cadres to Jinshan District for training.
To ensure the effectiveness of this training program, the organization department has established a pre-departure education system, which includes holding meetings and group discussions to provide education on discipline and regulations. A daily management system has also been set up, including the formation of a temporary party organization, regular discussion sessions, and progress reviews. Furthermore, a work documentation system has been implemented to record the tasks undertaken, the promotion of collaborative initiatives, and the transformation of learning outcomes. This allows for timely understanding of their thoughts and work performance, enhancing the tracking and assessment process.
In recent years, our city has fully utilized the opportunities presented by paired cooperation to actively promote the establishment of a cadre exchange and learning mechanism in line with the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. Annual goals and task lists have been formulated, with a focus on sending cadres according to local needs and demands, thereby improving the precision in selecting candidates for training and secondment. To address economic development weaknesses and the "5+1" leading industrial layout, our city has sent over 200 cadres to Shanghai for training or secondment, continuously optimizing the capacity and quality structure of the cadre team and promoting regional economic exchange and cooperation.
