Our city has implemented a "service at the grassroots level" approach to strengthen the cultivation of big data enterprises. To date, 17 provincial-level big data enterprises and 44 municipal-level big data enterprises have been recognized, with 13 companies included in the cultivation database, and a total of 1.7 million yuan in provincial-level big data enterprise award funds distributed.

Doorstep cultivation guidance. We have established a mechanism for bureau leaders to provide support services to big data enterprises. Utilizing grassroots research opportunities, we have conducted seven on-site explanations and promotions regarding key aspects such as big data enterprise recognition, data elements, and case applications in counties and districts. Over 50 copies of the policy compilation for big data enterprises (industries) have been distributed.

Precise identification of potential enterprises. We have started the annual recognition process for municipal-level big data enterprises in advance. The municipal and county levels have worked together to identify big data enterprises within their jurisdictions to lay the groundwork for provincial-level recognition applications. We have analyzed the reasons why enterprises have not been recognized at the provincial or municipal level in the past two years and included those with high cultivation potential in the cultivation database.

Innovative platforms for win-win cooperation. Leveraging the city's Digital Application and Management Industry Association, we hosted the first digital empowerment application scenario matchmaking meeting. Representatives from 20 digital enterprises and 15 municipal units participated in discussions, and 8 digital enterprises conducted scenario service case roadshows. Using the city's Lvshui Yunshan Big Data Company as a pilot, we are exploring the operation of public data in Lu'an.
