Optimizing the "Soft Environment" for Business. We will continue to enhance the precision and direct access of benefit policies to enterprises, with "immediate enjoyment without application" and "immediate enjoyment upon application." We plan to organize more than 10 promotional activities and serve over 1,000 enterprises. The system of private entrepreneurs' symposiums will be implemented, adhering to the "Chat with the Mayor" work mechanism, with plans to hold more than 10 discussion and exchange meetings.
Strengthening the "Hard Support" for Element Guarantees. The implementation of the "Ten Banks, Thousand Billions, and Ten Thousand Enterprises" financing special action 4.0 version will be carried out. We will establish a "white list" for financing specialized and new enterprises and a financing demand database for "small giant" specialized and new enterprises. Focusing on "order loans," banks will be guided to increase credit loans and medium- and long-term project loans. The "Talent Anhui Tour" series of activities will be implemented, with more than 20 training sessions for entrepreneurs and more than 2,000 trainees from enterprises. Relying on the Municipal SME Service Center platform, we will regularly release service products and demand lists, aiming to hold more than 15 supply and demand matching activities, benefiting over 1,000 enterprises.
Promoting the "New Model" of Digital-Physical Integration. Focusing on the "smart transformation, digital transition, and network connection" of the manufacturing industry, we aim to create more than four provincial-level digital transformation demonstration projects throughout the year, and cultivate more than 20 provincial and municipal-level intelligent factories and digital workshops. Management consulting agencies will be organized to provide public welfare management consulting and training services for SMEs, with more than 10 public welfare management consulting and training service activities planned. Relying on the Municipal SME Service Center online platform, we will select and release high-quality service agencies and service products, achieving more than 50 online service connections.
