The total reserve of hydraulic resources is 534,000 KW for the whole city, accounting for 12.5% of that for the whole province. The already developed  and utilized reached 300,000 KW. Pumped water energy-storage power station can generate over 2 million KW. In the first phase, with an installed capaxity of 20,000*13.5kw. Coal-fired power plant has already been linked to the power network and begin to generate in the urban area; in the second phase, the installed capacity of 2*600,000kw project is in the process of rectification. There is one 500kv transformer substation and six 220kv transformer substations inside the city. The resource is abundant.
