Biography
Zhang Shaochun, male, ethnic Han, with the education of active-service postgraduate and Master of Laws, was born in Lujiang of Anhui Province and graduated from the Chinese Department of Anhui University. He was born in August of 1963, started working in August 1983 and joined the Communist Party in July 1986. At present he is deputy secretary of CCP Lu'an City, vice-mayor of People's Government, Acting mayor and secretary of leading Party group in Lu'an City. 1983.8: held the position as a cadre in the general office of State Scientific & Technical Committee.1990.3-1993.2: assumed the office of secretary in the general office of Hubei Provincial Government.1993.2-1998.4: acted as secretary of the deputy and principal section chief respectively in the general office of State Scientific & Technical Committee. During this period, he joined in-service postgraduate course class for advanced studies in Huazhong University of Science and Technology and got the Master's degree of Laws.1984.4-1999.7: held the position of principal secretary of section chief in the Three Gorges office of the State Council.1999.7-2002.2: held the position of deputy head of Comprehension Department in the Three Gorges office of the State Council.2002.2-2005.7: acted as the head of Immigration Arrangement Planning Department in the Three Gorges office of the State Council; during this period, he studied in one-year training class of the19th time for middle-and-young cadre in the Central Party School.2005.7-2007.4: nominal associate director of Development & Reform Committee and member of leading Party group. 2007.4-2008.4: deputy secretary general of Anhui Province Government, member of the leading Party group in General Office. 2008.4: deputy secretary of CCP Lu'an City, vice-mayor of People's Government in Lu'an City, acting mayor and secretary of leading Party group.
